Iced Cold Tea
Ingredients:
2 tsp Rose Rooibos blend (organic rooibos + rose petals) or 1–2 tea bags
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup fresh mango puree (ripe mango, blended and strained)
1 tsp honey or agave (optional – mango may already be sweet)
Juice of 1/2 lime (for a slight citrus lift)
Ice cubes
Dried rose petals or a mango slice for garnish
Instructions:
1. Brew the tea: Steep your Rose Rooibos blend in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
2. Prepare the mango: Blend ripe mango until smooth and strain if needed for a silky texture.
3. Mix: Combine the brewed tea, mango puree, lime juice, and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
4. Chill: Let it rest in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
5. Serve: Pour over ice in a tall glass.
6. Garnish: Add a rose petal or mango wedge for a tropical floral touch.R

Ingredients (per serving):
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chamomile (or 1 bag)
1 tsp Mint leaves (fresh or dried)
¼ tsp Ashwagandha powder
Optional Enhancer (if available):
Pinch of Liquorice powder – for soothing heartburn
Tiny pinch of Black Pepper – helps turmeric absorption
Instructions:
1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add turmeric, chamomile, and mint.
3. Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
4. Turn off heat, add ashwagandha, stir and steep 2–3 minutes.
5. Strain and sip warm.
